Upload Jobs

This topic describe on how you can upload jobs to your Salesforce account using HireTalent chrome extension.

Sign in to the HireTalent chrome extension using your Salesforce account and click Upload JDs.
Note: Refer Adding Salesforce Chrome Extension and Sign in for more details on how to add chrome extension and Sign in to the chrome extension using Salesforce account.
Click Drag and drop the JDs to add jobs in the Salesforce account. Once the jobs are added, click Import JDs.
Once the Jobs are imported successfully, you can do the following:
- Click Import More JDs to import more JDs from your local repository.
- Click Back to go back on the home page.
- Click on any uploaded JDs to view the mapped candidate for the jobs, see next step.
Once you click on any successful uploaded JD, Candidate Details page is displayed. Matching Candidates section display all the matching candidate related to the jobs, click Map if you want to map any of the listed matching candidate to the job.
Once a candidate mapped successfully to the JD, Candidate has been mapped successfully message is displayed. Click Back for the previous screen to add more candidates or to move to the home page.
