  - Configuring the Integration
    The one-time integration procedure needs to be performed by the users to use the RChilli app. Once the configuration is completed, users can upload a resume for the parsing.

Email Integrations

You can integrate your email by configuring webhook URL in the Salesforce.

To integrate email with the Salesforce, you must do the following:

Create Webhook, refer to Create Webhook.
Set Permissions for Sitelable Profile, refer to Permissions for Sitelable Profile.
Once the webhook is created and the permissions are set, send resumes as follows:
- User updated to RChilli version 1.16 or higher must send resumes to sfresume@rchilli.com.
- User with older version of RChilli can continue sending resume to parsing@rchillimail.com.
