Job Application

View candidate match scores for a job requisition in the Job Application tab of the Oracle Browser Assistant. Match scores are calculated by the RChilli Search and Match engine.

Use this procedure to view match scores for candidates who applied to a job requisition in Oracle.

Open a Job Requisition in Oracle.
Open the Oracle Browser Assistant and select the Job Application tab.
1. The RChilli Search and Match engine auto-scans and indexes the candidates for the Job Requisition opened in Oracle (example 972, Manual Tester).
  Note: Auto-scan of the job requisition happens only if the the Job Requisition page in Oracle is opened already. If other web page is opened, then you can index the candidate by using the Job requisition ID, see below step for more details.
2. Enter the Job Requisition ID to auto scan and index the candidate for job matching.
  Note: This step is used if auto-scan is failed or if the job requisition page is not opened in Oracle.
- After indexing is complete, the browser assistant displays the candidates with their match scores.
Review the match score shown for each candidate in the requisition.
