Job Application

View candidate match scores for a job requisition in the Job Application tab of the Oracle Browser Assistant. Match scores are calculated by the RChilli Search and Match engine.

Use this procedure to view match scores for candidates who applied to a job requisition in Oracle.

Open a Job Requisition in Oracle.
Open the Oracle Browser Assistant and select the Job Application tab.
- The requisition opens in auto-scan mode.
- The RChilli Search and Match engine scans and indexes the candidates for that requisition.
- After indexing is complete, the assistant displays the candidates with their match scores.
Review the match score shown for each candidate in the requisition.
