Get Scheduler Details

In Oracle HCM Cloud, the scheduler is a crucial component for automating and managing various HR-related processes and workflows.

It enables the execution of jobs, tasks, and processes at predefined intervals, based on specific triggers, or upon the completion of other processes. This ensures tasks are performed efficiently and on time, reducing manual intervention and potential errors.

Follow the below procedure to find Application Name, Operation Name, and Job Definition Id in the Oracle Cloud HCM.

  1. Visit Oracle Cloud HCM Application and Sign In to your account.
    Note: You must have the Application Implementation Consultant Role in addition to the Recruiter and Recruiting Administrator role in order to configure the RChilli integration. Contact Oracle admin for more details.


  2. Click the Settings and Actions menu and select Setup and Maintenance from the drop-down.

  3. Click the Tasks icon and select Search from the drop-down.

  4. Enter Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definition in the search box and click on the Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definitions and Job Sets for Human Capital Management and Related Applications.

  5. On the Manage Job Definitions tab, search for IncrementalIndex and click on the Edit icon.

  6. On the Edit Job Definition page, make a note of the Name, Path, and Job Application Name.
    • Job Definition Id: This is the combination of the Name and Path details.

    • Application Name: This is the Job Application Name in the Edit Job Definition page.
