Degree Mapping for Oracle Recruiting Booster

This topic describes how Oracle Recruiting Booster users can map degree-related values to RChilli fields.

Once you have configured the List of Values (LOV) in Oracle Cloud HCM for Degree, Schools, and Licenses and Certifications, you must map these values to the corresponding RChilli fields. This mapping ensures accurate and consistent data exchange between Oracle and RChilli.

Contact RChilli Support at support@rchilli.com and share your configured LOV for degrees, schools, and licenses/certifications.
The RChilli Support team will map your LOV to the appropriate RChilli fields in the back end.
