How RChilli Works?
The RChilli parsing solution extracts candidate data from resumes in 200+ data fields through REST API. It analyses the data created in any format, be it doc, docx, pdf, rtf, txt, html, htm, odt, docm, dotm, dot, dotx, mht, png, jpeg, and extracts it into a machine-readable JSON format through REST API. The parser uses Taxonomy, a comprehensive library of skills and job profiles spread across dozens of industries and domains with unlimited individual concepts.
RChilli provides AI plug-ins that integrate to the users recruiting platform (ERP or enterprise Systems), analyses, identifies the complete information from resumes, and enriches it through its taxonomies.
