MCP Integration
RChilli MCP Integration enables customers to access RChilli’s recruitment data processing and talent intelligence capabilities from supported AI assistants.
Users can perform common recruitment activities by entering natural-language instructions in an AI conversation. The AI assistant identifies the appropriate RChilli capability, sends the request to RChilli, and presents the result in the same conversation.
For example, users can ask an AI assistant to:
- Parse a resume or job description.
- Summarize a candidate’s experience and skills.
- Compare a resume with a job description.
- Search for suitable candidates.
- Standardize a skill or job profile.
- Remove personal information from a resume.
RChilli continues to perform the actual recruitment-specific processing. The AI assistant provides a conversational way to access those capabilities.
What Is MCP Integration?
Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is a standard method through which AI assistants can connect with external applications and services.
Through MCP Integration, RChilli capabilities are made available as tools within a supported AI assistant. When a user enters a request, the assistant selects the relevant RChilli tool and sends the required information for processing.
For example, when a user enters:
Parse this resume and summarize the candidate’s experience, education, and skills.
The AI assistant can use RChilli Resume Parser to process the resume and display the structured result.
MCP does not replace RChilli APIs. It provides an additional way for customers to use existing RChilli services through an AI-assisted interface.
How RChilli MCP Integration Works
A typical request follows this process:
- The customer connects the RChilli MCP server to a supported AI assistant.
- The customer authenticates using the applicable RChilli credentials.
- The customer provides a resume, job description, search request, or other recruitment-related instruction.
- The AI assistant identifies the appropriate RChilli tool.
- RChilli processes the request using the customer’s account configuration.
- The AI assistant presents the result in a readable format.
- The customer can ask follow-up questions about the returned information.
For example:
Compare this resume with the job description and explain the candidate’s strengths and missing skills.
The AI assistant sends the documents to the relevant RChilli services and presents the resulting comparison.
MCP does not replace RChilli APIs. It provides an additional way for customers to use existing RChilli services through an AI-assisted interface.
Use Existing RChilli Capabilities
The integration makes existing RChilli services available through an additional access channel. Customers can continue to use RChilli APIs directly where required.

Benefits of RChilli MCP Integration- Access RChilli within AI assistants: Use RChilli capabilities without switching between multiple applications.
- Use natural-language instructions: Perform recruitment activities using simple conversational requests instead of manually preparing API requests.
- Reduce manual effort: Minimize repetitive copy-and-paste activities while processing resumes, job descriptions, and candidate information.
- Receive structured recruitment data: Extract normalized information such as skills, experience, education, qualifications, job profiles, and matching results.
- Ask follow-up questions: Continue the conversation to understand missing skills, candidate strengths, matching scores, and other results.
- Improve recruitment workflows: Perform parsing, matching, taxonomy lookup, redaction, and search activities within a single conversational workflow.
- Use existing RChilli services: Access subscribed RChilli capabilities through an additional AI-assisted channel while continuing to use the APIs directly when required.
