Configuring List of Values
A List of Values (LOV) in Oracle Cloud HCM provides users with a predefined list of valid options that can be selected when entering or updating data in a form or field.
LOVs help ensure data consistency, improve data entry speed, and reduce errors.

In dropdown fields during employee profile creation or job requisition setup.
